Should I outsource Airbnb linen or do it myself?

Do the maths on same-day turnovers. If you have a 10am checkout and 3pm check-in, domestic washing and drying simply doesn’t fit, you need two full sets minimum, and one stain takes you down to one. Outsourcing costs more per changeover and removes the failure mode entirely. For single properties with generous gaps between bookings, doing it yourself is genuinely fine.

Can I use my own linen?

Yes. We’ll launder and manage your own stock if you’d rather, or supply ours. Most hosts start with their own and switch once they’ve replaced a few sets.
